Thanks Laura, this is my fail proof banana bread recipe. This is the best and most effective way to make banana bread. Since I tried this I never considered another recipe. It comes out great everytime! My family loves banana bread, but I’ve failed so many times with other recipes. I had given up. I was determined to find the ultimate one and indeed I did. Thanks a million!

What if you dont have 3 ripe bananas or brown sugar? Is the brown sugar necessary? Can two bananas be used?

Just made the banana bread. It’s so delicious. My son is allergic to eggs. Made it with flax eggs. It turned out awesome. My son said this is the best banana bread in the world.
