Delicious! I followed the recipe, doubling it and making a 9×13 pan of the best bars. Mine had plenty of chocolate using the whole bag of dark chocolate chips. I was pleased with the soft, very chocolate gooey, and firm bar. A joy to eat and to share. Everyone loved them. I will bookmark this recipe and happily make, again. Thank you!

Best cookie bar recipe I’ve tried! They actually taste like a cookie and not cakey. My kids loved them. Thank you for the awesome recipe saves so much time too ☺️

OMG!!!! I wish I could rate this Recipe ***** HIGHER THAN 5 STARS!!!!!! I will never make regular chocolate chip cookies again because THIS RECIPE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST and SO EASY!!!! Every cookie bar disappeared when I made these for work & I had TRIPLED the recipe cut them into bite size pieces and put them into cupcake liners! I used a mix of dark chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chunks when I made them. As people went to try them – I told them about your OTHER Recipe using this one as a base & putting Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (or other candy bars) in the center & then another layer of cookie dough on top and baking it – and they are begging me to make that one too with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups! Anyway – this recipe is a Keeper! And I will definitely be making these a lot! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS RECIPE!!!

I made these and everyone loved them!
I used succanat sugar instead of regular sugar and brown sugar and I also used gluten free 1:1 baking flour. They turned out great!!

I just made these for my husband! I just took them out of oven and they look delicious 😋! They have to cool so I haven’t tried yet.. Very easy to follow recipe and I only cooked 18 minutes. Thank you for such an easy recipe ! Wish it would let me post a picture

I’ve made a few of the chocolate chip bar recipes before, BUT this one is hands down the BEST! This week I’m making them with pieces of Heath Bars instead of the chocolate chips, cause who doesn’t like a little caramel with their chocolate? Lol Thanks so much for sharing this recipe and it really couldn’t get any easier to make!

I am making this for the second time in 3 weeks. Love the recipe, however I prefer less chips and do about half the chips called for. The bars are very soft even after a couple days, if they last that long.
