Thanks so much for this recipe! I went out on a limb and bought 10 bags of cranberries to can cranberry sauce. I used your recipe and it’s wonderful! I doubled the cinnamon, and added the same amount of allspice and half the amount of cloves. I cooked it for longer then planned. I was worried about it being too thin. Well, now it’s the consistency of jam and I’m good with that! It’s so good, I will gladly spread it on toast any day! I will definitely do this again and again!
