Hey Justine! That is so kind of you! Hosting for the first time is so exciting! For both recipes, you can do it either way. I usually bake the stuffing on Wednesday and just reheat it on Thanksgiving. And I usually bake the sweet potato casserole on Thanksgiving, just assemble it on Wednesday and refrigerate it overnight.
